Learning-Centric Environment

TSRDAM places a strong emphasis on creating a learning-focused atmosphere. Our modern facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories that support an engaging, interactive learning experience. Students are encouraged to actively participate in their lessons, utilizing the latest resources to deepen their understanding of rural development, animal science, aquaculture, and agriculture management. These facilities create a hands-on, stimulating environment where students not only learn theories but also develop the skills needed to apply them in real-world situations. Additionally, we integrate internship-focused training into our curriculum, giving students the opportunity to gain practical experience in their field. Through two mandatory internships during the course, students work with industry leaders in real-world settings. This hands-on exposure helps bridge the gap between academic concepts and practical skills, allowing students to refine their abilities and make valuable connections with professionals in their industry. These internships play a key role in preparing our students for successful careers by providing them with essential industry insights and experience.

Library

The TSRDAM Library is an important part of campus life, offering a wide range of books and resources to help students in their studies and research. Students can borrow one book at a time using their library card for a period of up to three days. It is important to note that the library facility is personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Students are responsible for the books they borrow and must return them on time. If a book is lost or damaged, the student must either replace it or pay the replacement cost. The library provides a quiet and focused environment, encouraging students to make the most of this resource while following the rules to ensure fair use for everyone.

 

Vibrant Campus Culture and Annual Events

A highlight of campus life at TSRDAM is our commitment to fostering a vibrant community spirit through annual celebrations. Aarambh (Foundation Day) is one of our most cherished events, bringing together students, faculty, parents, and industry dignitaries for a day of inspiring speeches, insightful discussions, and a musical evening featuring an eminent artist. This event is a testament to TSRDAM’s dedication to honoring its foundation and vision for the future. Another major attraction of campus life is Udbhav Utsav (The Annual Cultural Festival), which celebrates creativity, talent, and diversity. This lively festival provides a platform for students to showcase their skills through cultural performances, competitions, and activities, fostering camaraderie and teamwork. Udbhav Utsav is a vibrant reflection of the spirit and energy of TSRDAM’s student community. Our celebration of Saraswati Puja is a deeply rooted tradition, highlighting the cultural ethos of TSRDAM. Students, faculty, and staff come together to honor the Goddess of Learning with devotion and enthusiasm, creating a sense of unity and reverence for knowledge.
