Program Overview

The Diploma in Rural Development & Agriculture Management at TSRDAM is a two-year program designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to drive rural development and manage agricultural enterprises efficiently. The program is a blend of theoretical concepts and hands-on training, aimed at preparing students for leadership roles in agriculture, rural development, and related fields. Throughout the program, students will explore key areas such as sustainable farming practices, rural economics, community development, agribusiness management, and rural entrepreneurship. The curriculum is carefully crafted to equip students with both technical and managerial skills, enabling them to address real-world challenges in rural communities.​

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board, irrespective of the stream (Science/Commerce/Arts/Vocational Agriculture). 

• Candidates should be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission.

Selection Process

We offer direct admission to the program based on your academic qualifications. There is no entrance examination required. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their 10+2 academic performance. In some cases, a brief personal interview may be conducted to better understand the candidate’s motivations, interest in the program, and career aspirations.
